What types of Shaped Candles do you offer?
At Wonders in Wax, we offer a variety of Shaped Candles, including Animals, Artifacts and just the down right Bizarre! Our collection is constantly evolving, so be sure to check back regularly for new additions.
Are your Candles Hand Made in the UK?
Yes, all of our Candles are handmade with care and attention to detail. Each candle is crafted using high-quality materials to ensure a beautiful and long-lasting product.
Do you offer Customisation Options for your Candles?
While we don't currently offer customization options for Individual candles, we're always open to feedback and suggestions for new shapes and designs. However, we do produce large Commercial orders if they are viable and feasible for us. Feel free to reach out to us with your ideas!
How do I care for my Candle once I receive it?
To ensure the best performance and longevity of your shaped candles, we recommend placing them on a heat-resistant surface away from drafts and flammable materials. Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use and avoid burning our candles for more than 4 hours at a time.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship our shaped candles internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please refer to our shipping information page for more details.
What is your Return Policy?

Do you offer Wholesale or Bulk ordering options?
We do sometimes offer a bulk discount- however, wholesale request are taken on a discretionary basis depending on the size of the order and feasibility of the order. Due to the attention to detail and turnaround times for our individually handmade candles, we are limited currently to order limitations.
Are your Candles Scented?
While our 'naked' shaped candles are currently unscented, watch this space! We are currently working on a World Exclusive range of Candles which are not only fragranced with a narrative, but also are made in a way which no other candle maker has done, ever! Coming soon in 2024!
Can I use your candles for decoration only, or are they meant to be burned?
Our shaped candles can be used for both decoration and burning. Although we don't encourage you to burn them, should you choose to burn them, we recommend following the Safety Guidelines provided and always supervising burning candles.
Do you offer Gift Wrapping or Personalized Messages with Orders?
At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping services or the option to include personalized messages with orders. However, you can request that your order be shipped directly to the gift recipient by entering their address at checkout.
How should I store my Shaped Candles when not in use?
To preserve the shape and integrity of your shaped candles, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Avoid stacking candles on top of each other, as this can cause deformation.
Are your Candles suitable for special occasions or events?
Absolutely! Our shaped candles make delightful additions to weddings, birthdays, baby showers, and other special events. Consider using them as Table Centrepieces, Party Favours, or Decorative Accents to add a touch of whimsy to any occasion.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders or repeat customers?

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed
