The initial hand-drawn sketch represents the genesis of our 'A Beautiful Mind' Candle. Our "A Beautiful Mind" Head Candle is a tribute to the brilliance and complexity of the human mind. Inspired by geniuses of past and present, such as Albert Einstein, this product is designed to portray an individual in a resting state with their brain exposed, symbolizing the depth of thought and creativity within. The intricate design reflects the extraordinary capabilities of the human intellect, celebrating the beauty found in the pursuit of knowledge and understanding. With this candle, we aimed to honour the remarkable minds that have shaped our World and inspire curiosity and Wonder in all who behold it.
While sketching from imagination was a good start, the challenge was translating it into a 3D visualization. This required top-tier graphic design software, coupled with bundles of creativity, originality, and 3D design expertise. After countless hours of modeling, tweaking, and perfecting, we eagerly anticipated seeing how our final Beautiful Mind product would look – albeit in wax and candle form. Once we had the 3D model, we started the 3D Printing Process. It took 60 hours and produced about 8,000 layers of solidified liquid polymer resin, each layer only 25 microns thick (that's super thin! Only 1/40th of a millimetre!)

The condensation cure silicone mould making process is a vital component of our shaped candle production, crucial for translating our creative vision into tangible masterpieces. This method involves pouring a two-part silicone mixture over the master 3D print, which then cures to create a highly detailed and accurate mould.
This process is paramount for our creative process as it ensures that every intricacy of the master print is faithfully replicated in the mould. By matching the master 3D print exactly, we guarantee that each subsequent candle produced from the mould maintains the same level of detail and precision, capturing the essence of our design with unparalleled accuracy..
Our finished shaped candles stand unrivaled in the market, a testament to our rigorous polishing and finishing processes. Each candle undergoes meticulous scrutiny and refinement, driven by an almost obsessive-compulsive need for perfectionism.
